"Lack of Professionalism"
I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company. They claimed to have more than 15 customer service reps globally and mentioned a large warehouse that gets 'thousands of packages each week.' However, when I looked up the address for the deliveries, it turned out to be a private home. Their level of professionalism is lacking, and I suggest steering clear of this company.
